Description:

Flexible Shifts
At least 3-4 days a week
Daytime hours: 8a-6p or 10a-4p
Per click 1099 compensation
Malpractice insurance included
Work station included

Preferred:

Fellowship in Breast or Body

Required:

MQSA
ABR
Indiana license
