MedAtlantic Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Diagnostic Radiologist for a part time, locums, or full time opportunity to join an established group located in Alaska.
Opportunity Details:
- Independent Contractor
- Full-time, Part-Time, or Locums
- Needs to be generalist with light interventional or willing to learn
- 2 weeks a month preferred but open
- Hospital-based practice
- Practice covers most modalities
- Most Modialities plus;
- Basic echocardiography (will train as needed)
- Ultrasound guided biopsies
- Stereotactic breast biopsy
- Occasional CT guided biopsy
- Shoulder/hip arthrograms (therapeutic & diagnostic)
- Occasional hysterosalpingograms
- Basic GI barium exams
- Occasional VCUG & cytsograms
- Proficient in most MRI
- Nuclear cardiology
- Basic nuclear exams; no therapy
- Digital mammography & ultrasoundOn call is very light with most emergent studies (covered by teleradiology evenings, nights and weekends)
- Compensation: $500,000 (2 weeks on/2weeks off)
- Opportunity for future ownership
Education/Experience Qualifications:Mammo required
- Needs to be generalist with light interventional or willing to learn.
- ABR Board Certification
- AK State Medical License and DEA License
