MedAtlantic Healthcare Solutions is looking for a remote Recruiter who wants to grow alongside us.
The ideal candidate has proven themselves as a recruiter in the past and will work hard to prove themselves again before transferring to a leadership role (if desired).
People first. This includes you, your family, your colleagues, and your customers.
Your work revolves around people and your own personal goals, not a clock.
You will manage your own desk and make independent decisions. We will train/guide and assist early and often to help you be successful. Autonomy leads learning. You will have plenty of it! We hope you teach us a thing or two.
You should be driven to create relationships with the healthcare professionals you assist and be there every step throughout the hiring process.
Phones are our friend. You must be able to have intelligent and relevant conversations while being personable.
Expectations are simple… Work hard, have fun, build relationships, place candidates, grow personally, professionally, and financially.
Yes, we will ask you to do certain tasks. We only do so to ensure your success, not to measure if you are hitting KPI’s or company goals.
$$$ You are worth a lot of money $$$! You will have the chance to earn what you are worth with our Industry-leading commission plan (no cap).
Office environment: WORK FROM HOME. No fancy huddle space, tall cube, game room, conference room, cafeteria, vending machines, work out center, parking garage, executive suite, receptionist, etc. (unless you have any of these at home).
We don’t spend money on marketing to make us “Best Companies To Work For”. We would rather give that money to employees. You can be the judge if we are worthy.
